The trip to Manchester United before the international break was triumphant for Liverpool and Arne Slot. The Dutchman became the first Liverpool manager since Bob Paisley in 1975 to secure a win in his debut match at Old Trafford. However, Liverpool didn’t have a huge advantage; they simply accelerated at the right moments, while the hosts made several costly mistakes near their goal. Nottingham Forest have now gone 12 matches without losing by more than two goals. Under Arne Slot, Liverpool haven't shown a ruthless streak and don't tend to thrash their opponents, especially with the first match of the new Champions League campaign against AC Milan coming up on Tuesday. The team will conserve energy. This trend is likely to continue, so we suggest betting on the positive handicap for the visitors.
